Return for Exchange:
If you wish to exchange an item, simply return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange within 7 days and notify you via email when the new item is shipped. Please note that for exchanges initiated due to personal reasons, an additional $9.9 USD shipping fee will be required.

Return for Refund:
If you decide to return an item for a refund within 30 days of receiving it, please send the item to our designated warehouse. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days. Please allow 7-15 working days for the refund to be credited back to the original payment method, as the exact timing may vary depending on your bank.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately by providing photographic evidence. We will handle the issue within 3 working days and promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Customer-induced Damage:
Please note that if an item is damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse, we cannot provide compensation or accept returns for such items.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
